IMS Policy

The management of Soluciones Integrales Saynet S.A. de C.V., in its commitment to establish, operate and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS), makes available to interested parties the necessary resources for its implementation, in order to maintain and continuously improve customer service and the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information included in the assets covered by the scope of this IMS.

The relevant internal and external aspects for our organization are aligned with the business strategy, fulfilling the requirements of our clients, the applicable legal or regulatory requirements and the requirements of the international standards ISO/IEC 22301:2021, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, extending its scope with the standards ISO/IEC 27017:2015, ISO/IEC 27018:2019 and ISO/IEC 27032:2023.

The purpose of the Integrated Management System is to meet the strategic objectives, which focus on maintaining the continuity of the services offered by the business, protecting information and increasing customer satisfaction through adequate service management, by implementing processes that guarantee continuous improvement supported by the technologies, infrastructures and people that make up the organization.

To achieve these objectives, management undertakes to review and improve the controls and processes of the Integrated Management System by establishing policies and procedures for the operation of controls within the scope of the Integrated Management System.
