This privacy notice is issued in compliance with Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and Article 26 of the LFPDPPP Regulations.

(hereinafter Saynet) located at Fuente Pirámides No. 1, Interior 201 to 206, Lomas de Tecamachalco, Naucalpan de Juárez Municipality, State of Mexico, Zip Code 53950, Mexico, and with website www.saynet.com.mx; informs all data owners, including employees, suppliers, shareholders, clients, and others that make up the company's databases, about this notice, making it known that it is mandatory compliance for all individuals, whether physical or moral, who directly or indirectly participate in the processing of personal data managed by the organization in the performance of its activities, with the purpose of ensuring compliance with applicable Mexican and organizational legislation to provide a clear and sufficient explanation regarding the purposes for which their personal data is used.

All personnel providing a service within Saynet's facilities must access via the Biometric Access Control System.

The processing of your personal data will be carried out and used by Saynet for the following:

We also inform you that Saynet does not sell, rent, or lease the personal information it collects. Saynet will only collect those personal data strictly necessary, pertinent, and provided by suppliers, employees, and candidates, for the purpose of carrying out selection, evaluation, and execution processes of the corresponding contracts. If data is collected from suppliers' employees, it will only be used to verify their identity or work skills. Once this purpose is fulfilled, Saynet will return this information to the supplier, unless express authorization exists to keep it.
We also inform you that, in the case of any legal request for the disclosure of personal data, Saynet will only consider those that are properly and completely documented, indicating the sources of disclosure, the authority's sources for making the disclosure, and that it will proceed after the disclosure of such data only if approved by the owner of such data.
In any case, personal information will not be processed for a period beyond that of the contractual relationship with the supplier, contractor, and/or collaborator, unless it is required to keep it for legally or contractually justified reasons. In the event of significant security breaches that affect the patrimonial or moral rights of the data subjects, Saynet will inform the affected parties without delay about the nature of the incident, the compromised data, the corrective measures applied, and the means available for obtaining more information, in accordance with Articles 63 to 65 of the Regulation.
How do we protect your personal information?
Saynet is committed to implementing reasonable and appropriate measures to securely guarantee the exchange, use, storage, replication, backup, and destruction of personal data and information, including the transfer of information in physical media; as well as the authority to carry out security inspections by SayNet or its authorized third parties to protect the personal information of employees, suppliers, shareholders, clients, among others that make up the company’s databases by means of firewalls and other security measures aligned with sector standards.
Additionally, in cases that warrant it, the organization uses encrypted information methods through the establishment of passwords in compressed files or any other format with encryption algorithms of 256 bits or higher, the tool used for encrypting information is 7-ZIP.
Likewise, we have the authority to establish secure tunnels for the exchange of information such as VPNs based on IPSEC, SSH tunnels, as well as access through HTTPS sites.
The information that you share with Saynet will be classified as confidential or restricted, as appropriate, and accessed by authorized and trained personnel to handle it with the strict confidentiality required.
Training and education on personal data protection at Saynet
In compliance with the principle of demonstrated responsibility in the processing of personal data, and with the aim of ensuring that both internal personnel and contractors of the organization respect the established policies, Saynet periodically conducts training and awareness activities related to personal data protection and information security.
These training sessions are regularly updated to maintain their relevance and alignment with applicable regulations and may be conducted by specialized external consultants in the field.
