Comprehensive Privacy Notice 

This privacy notice is issued in compliance with Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and Article 26 of the LFPDPPP Regulations. 

Soluciones Integrales Saynet S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter Saynet) located at Fuente Pirámides No. 1, Interior 201 to 206, Lomas de Tecamachalco, Naucalpan de Juárez Municipality, State of Mexico, Zip Code 53950, Mexico, and with website www.saynet.com.mx; informs all data owners, including employees, suppliers, shareholders, clients, and others that make up the company's databases, about this notice, making it known that it is mandatory compliance for all individuals, whether physical or moral, who directly or indirectly participate in the processing of personal data managed by the organization in the performance of its activities, with the purpose of ensuring compliance with applicable Mexican and organizational legislation to provide a clear and sufficient explanation regarding the purposes for which their personal data is used. 

The Information we collect comprises personal identification data, including the following: 

• Identification data 

• Contact data 

• Data regarding physical characteristics 

• Employment data 

• Academic data 

• Migratory data 

• Assets and/or financial data 

• Images recorded from surveillance cameras owned by Saynet that are kept for a period of up to 30 days.  

• Personal data regarded as sensitive, requiring special protection:  

• Data regarding ideology; religious, philosophical or moral beliefs; political opinions and/or union affiliation 

• Health data 

• Biometric data (The request for management according to the following: 

All personnel providing a service within Saynet's facilities must access via the Biometric Access Control System.  

In addition, the retention period of the data will be in effect until the termination of the service between Saynet and the personnel registered in this).  

In relation to the processing of the data referred to in the last point, the undersigned gives express and written consent pursuant to Article 9 of the LFPDPPP and Articles 15 and 19 of the respective Regulation. 

And that the organization’s collaborators and users of our services, including cloud services, voluntarily provide us with their information through official means, such as email, and authorize it according to this Privacy Notice, accepting and acknowledging that their Personal Data may be used, either individually or together with others, to identify, contact or locate a person, or to recognize an individual within a certain context within the organization’s operations or transferred from their current location to the offices and servers of Saynet, as well as to third parties that might be located in other countries. 

What purposes will we use your personal data for?

The processing of your personal data will be carried out and used by Saynet for the following: 

• To generate suppliers' files and keep their documentation updated 

• To generate employee files, keep their documentation updated, and process it for personnel management, compliance with employer obligations and social security, in accordance with the LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT. 

• To generate contractual agreements derived from the provision of a service or the acquisition of a good 

• To manage and operate the services contracted by us 

• The provision of services, according to the portfolio of services of Saynet, in existing or future projects 

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow us and facilitate better attention: 

• To establish contact when necessary or when you require it 

• To request quality evaluations of the services provided 

• To respond to a request for information regarding the provision of our services 

• To carry out billing, clarifications, and follow-up on collection 

• To send you notifications about changes to this privacy notice 

• Marketing or advertising 

• Commercial prospecting

Additionally, we may use your personal information for commercial prospecting and/or advertising campaigns; if you do not wish to receive such information, we make available the following email to notify your refusal by indicating your full name, a description of the data you do not wish to be used, and, if applicable, information or documents that prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation: privacidad@saynet.com.mx 

It is important to clarify that the refusal for the use of your personal data for these purposes cannot be a reason for denying you the services and products that you request or contract with us. 

With whom do we transfer your personal information and for what purposes?

Your personal data is transferred within and outside of the following countries in which we have a presence: Australia, Brazil, Canada, European Union, France, Germany, India, Japan, Norway, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, Singapore, and Mexico, for the provision and management of services, including those in the cloud, and/or products of the solutions contracted or offered by SayNet for our employees, suppliers, shareholders, and clients, among others that make up the company’s databases for the following purposes: Such transfers are formalized through contractual clauses or other legal instruments that ensure that the recipients assume the same obligations as the responsible party, in accordance with Articles 74 and 75 of the LFPDPPP Regulation. 

We also inform you that Saynet does not sell, rent, or lease the personal information it collects. It will only be shared with other entities that are part of Saynet or with third parties that collaborate in the provision of our services, for the aforementioned purposes. In certain cases, this information may be transferred internationally, which implies that it may go to any of the aforementioned countries or with the jurisdiction of origin to other territories where Saynet has operations or suppliers. 

Saynet will only collect those personal data strictly necessary, pertinent, and provided by suppliers, employees, and candidates, for the purpose of carrying out selection, evaluation, and execution processes of the corresponding contracts. If data is collected from suppliers' employees, it will only be used to verify their identity or work skills. Once this purpose is fulfilled, Saynet will return this information to the supplier, unless express authorization exists to keep it. 

We also inform you that, in the case of any legal request for the disclosure of personal data, Saynet will only consider those that are properly and completely documented, indicating the sources of disclosure, the authority's sources for making the disclosure, and that it will proceed after the disclosure of such data only if approved by the owner of such data. 

In any case, personal information will not be processed for a period beyond that of the contractual relationship with the supplier, contractor, and/or collaborator, unless it is required to keep it for legally or contractually justified reasons. In all cases, the retention periods must not exceed what is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the intended purposes, according to Article 37 of the LFPDPPP Regulations, applying procedures for blocking and deleting personal data. 

If you wish to express your refusal to the processing or transfer of your data, you can do so at the signing of this notice, in previous paragraphs, or by sending an email to privacidad@saynet.com.mx, addressing it to the Financial Control Department and indicating your full name, a description of the data you do not wish to be processed or transferred, and, if applicable, information or documents that prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation. 

In the event of significant security breaches that affect the patrimonial or moral rights of the data subjects, Saynet will inform the affected parties without delay about the nature of the incident, the compromised data, the corrective measures applied, and the means available for obtaining more information, in accordance with Articles 63 to 65 of the Regulation. 

How do we protect your personal information? 

Saynet is committed to implementing reasonable and appropriate measures to securely guarantee the exchange, use, storage, replication, backup, and destruction of personal data and information, including the transfer of information in physical media; as well as the authority to carry out security inspections by SayNet or its authorized third parties to protect the personal information of employees, suppliers, shareholders, clients, among others that make up the company’s databases by means of firewalls and other security measures aligned with sector standards. 

Additionally, in cases that warrant it, the organization uses encrypted information methods through the establishment of passwords in compressed files or any other format with encryption algorithms of 256 bits or higher, the tool used for encrypting information is 7-ZIP.  

Likewise, we have the authority to establish secure tunnels for the exchange of information such as VPNs based on IPSEC, SSH tunnels, as well as access through HTTPS sites. 

The information that you share with Saynet will be classified as confidential or restricted, as appropriate, and accessed by authorized and trained personnel to handle it with the strict confidentiality required. 

Training and education on personal data protection at Saynet

In compliance with the principle of demonstrated responsibility in the processing of personal data, and with the aim of ensuring that both internal personnel and contractors of the organization respect the established policies, Saynet periodically conducts training and awareness activities related to personal data protection and information security. 

These training sessions are regularly updated to maintain their relevance and alignment with applicable regulations and may be conducted by specialized external consultants in the field. 

Who can you contact to exercise your rights or make inquiries?

The contact details of those responsible for managing the requests for ARCO rights, information regarding which suppliers, or even Saynet, transfers, uses or collects your data, are as follows:

According to Article 32 of the LFPDPPP and Articles 95 to 97 of the LFPDPPP Regulations, the responsible party will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the receipt of your request, and if appropriate, it will be effective within a maximum of 15 additional business days. 

How can you access, rectify, or cancel your personal data, or oppose its use?

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use them for, and the conditions of their use (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you believe that it is not being used adequately (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights. 

If you need to learn how to exercise any of your ARCO rights, you must submit a request that includes your full name, a clear description of the ARCO rights you require to exercise, and, if applicable, documents that prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation, through an email directed to privacidad@saynet.com.mx.  

In accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP and Articles 95 to 97 of the Regulation, the responsible party will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the receipt of your request, and if appropriate, it will be effective within a maximum of 15 additional business days. 

You may revoke your consent for the use of your personal data that, if applicable, you have granted us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to consider that not in all cases will we be able to attend to your request or conclude the use immediately, as it is possible that due to some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, revoking your consent will imply that we cannot continue providing the service you requested, concluding your relationship with us.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?

You have the right to limit the use or disclosure of your personal information for purposes other than those necessary for the legal or contractual relationship with our company. 

At Saynet, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is processed in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, legality, and responsibility.

Simplified notice: In addition to this comprehensive notice, Saynet will provide data subjects with simplified or short privacy notices, as required by the data collection medium (physical formats with limited space, electronic platforms, or quick access), in compliance with Articles 27 to 29 of the Regulation. 

How can you know about changes to this privacy notice? 

This Privacy Notice may be modified, updated, or adjusted based on new legal provisions, requirements related to the products or services we offer, adjustments in our internal privacy practices, changes in our business model, or for any other reason that warrants it.
